Disgusting pathetic service!!!

I have lodged a complaint and received no feedback which already tell me alot!!! All i would like to do is activate my new line can no one assist me with that!!! I have been calling 012 6494575 no one ever helps me. I received good service from Indrin who always helped me everytime i called there other then that no one is interested. I refuse to pay for a contract thats not activated. I even called through got through to a lady i advised her if i do not get prompt assistance i will take this further she then advised me 'YA GO AHEAD AND DO SO' i then asked her who am i speaking to she then dropped the call in my ear!!! Please go back and listen to that call since your calls are recorded thats no way to speak to a customer. I have nothing but patheic service from weavecell from day one. I want to now cancel my contract because i dont want to deal with wevacell anymore!! I am now fedup with your disgusting service!!!
