Miscellaneous

I placed an order for a personalised phone cover on Tues 19 Nov but I realised I uploaded an incorrect photo, so on Sat 23 Nov I emailed Printstagram and on Mon 25 Nov they responded that I could redo the order online. I received the phone cover on Tues10 Dec, but they had used the incorrect photos. I was in a bit of a panic because I needed it by Fri 13 Dec. So I contacted them on Wed 11 Dec and they reprinted and resent 2 phone covers to me on Thurs 12 Dec plus they gave me a R100 vocher to use online for the late delivery.
This is how customer service is meant to be!!
