Discusting attitude

Firstly her tone tells you she's not intrested in whatever you want, when i called i wanted to ask a question regarding my do and i ask her if she is a secretary or she deals with dogs directly, then she kept quit and told me that "this is PDSA" I asked her again, she repeated "this is PDSA" then after she said just ask me what you want ask, this attitude and you will not see in happening in the white area but in townships where they know very well that nothing will be done about it.
