No response in connection with vicious stray dogs!

About a year ago my 11year old kitty was attacked by a group of stray dogs. I called Spca to come and collect them but they said they could not because I first have to catch these dogs and keep them in a confined area. I explained to them that I have cats and there is no way in im brining those dogs onto my property where my cats are, because they would obviously attack my kittys. after complaining to many different people finally somebody from the spca called to say that they were sorry that they refused to help me and when i see these dogs again I should call them and they will set up a trap and catch them. its almost a year later and these very same dogs have attacked and killed 6 cats that I know of and all of owners have complained about it, yet these dogs are still on the lose. these dogs only come out at night and I even drove through the area looking for them every night so that I could phone spca to come and get them, but when I call in all they do is take down my number and NEVER get back to me. last week these dogs killed yet another cat and I fear for the safety of my cats! seems as if only once these dogs attack a person, something will be done!
