Edith does not belong in Customer Service unless her attitude changes. I requested confirmation on delivery date for my parcel sent, and I could not clearly hear her response. Therefore I repeated what I believe I heard: "So my parcel will be delivered today? ". Ediths Response: "That is what I said". I then asked her to please not speak to me with that tone of voice and she advised that she is speaking normally, she is not shouting and does not have a tone.

When I told her she cant speak to a customer like that and that she has a tone in her voice that is not acceptable, she again argued and insisted she does not have a tone.

Since when is it acceptable for a person that is supposed to provide customer service, to be impatient and speak to a customer with sarcasm?

I also asked Edith if she can advise which Tracking option I should use on the Website to trace my parcels, and I was told she does not know the website. She said she does not have access to the website, so how is she supposed to tell me? - Again unacceptable! She could have just said that she will put me through to someone to assist.

I will always request to speak to anyone BUT Edith! Unacceptable!
