No assistannce in tracking a parcel Ref RI27587ZA

My Parcel has being lying at Cape Mail hub -epping since 15 Nov, I have still to date not received a notification to collect the parcel. I have tried phoning them and have managed only once to get threw to some one in the last month, this person said i need to speak to Paarl post office, I phoned Paarl post office and they intern tell me thay cant help me, I must speak to Cape mail Hub... this is so frustrating as surely it does not take a month to send a postal notification to collect parcel??? This is so frustrating as I am not getting any help from a beloved Postal office... I wonder if this will be resolved before Next year...
