Late notification for collect parcel

I wait for my parcel since end of June, i been in Russia and send here 3 parcel, two was arrive in time and 3rd one was taking to long to get here, i went to Post Box every week and never receive any notification from Post office, on 8 of September i went to Post Box and i saw notification with the stamp on the paper dated to 5 th September Centurion branch, so i ask the guys from Post Net to collect for me parcel when he came back he say parcel is been send back, its was very strange so i phone the Centurion Branch and on 0119616000 where they confirm to me parcel been send back on the 30 of August, so now i phone back to Post Office and spoke to Postmaster and she say to me they will look at it, so when she phone me back she say the notification not was mean to be send to me, its for some other client, i say how its possible my name address is on it so she say i must go i get fight with Post Net its has nothing to do with them, but i keep tell her u guys stamp paper on 5th September how its possible i never receive not first, not 3rd notification, and u send me on 5th Sept and parcel been gone on 30 August, so she say its have nothing to do with them i want refund
