I ordered a set of pots through Groupon from Calasca. The goods arrived quickly, but one pot was chipped. I sent an e-mail to Groupon, who forwarded it to Andy at Calasca on 23 October. Andy responded on 24 October and informed me that they would send a replacement set and pick up the set I have. On the 25th she responded and said that she will inform me when the new set will be delivered and that was the last time that I ever heard from her.

I followed up with e-mail (note there are no telephone numbers on the web-site) on 11 November, 19 November and 29 November, to no avail.

On 3 Desember I had had enough and found Glen's e-mail address on the web-site. I sent him an e-mail and he called me within 10 minutes. He told me that Andy had left the company and that he would take care of my complaint, which he did.

I received the replacement set of pots on 6 December and I am very impressed with the way Glen handled the situation and fulfilled his promise. He turned a bad experience into a good one.
