SELL ETAGS THAT DO NOT APPEAR ON THEIR SYSTEM

On Monday 02/12/2013 I contacted the call centre to register my tag on my new car as my old tag is still on the other tag.
On Tuesday the lady confirmed that a case has been logged as the e-tag number does not appear on the system. I must wait 3-5 days.. I was given a reference for the call : 1001766526
Today I call, it is already 6 days and the gentlemen tells me that there is no case. I need this sorted out as my discussion with the lady was that you people are at fault for not having this on the system and I cannot be held liable for higher rates as I did my part in buying the E-tag. Please sort this out or I will contact my lawyers.
