BALOON SALOON & XTREME DECOR DOES NOT DELIVER

I had hired Tracy from Balloon Saloon and Xtreme decor to do a complete kiddies set up for my son's birthday which was on, the 19th January 2014. I had booked her a month and a half in advance and stayed in contact with her weekly regarding the party. She not once gave me any indications that she will not be able to organise the decor for the party. She even sent me an invoice for the amount of R1350-00. Luckily I was prepared to pay her on the day of the party. On the morning of the party, I decided to call all the service providers that I had hired, just to confirm that we were on track. When I spoke to Tracy which was two hours before the party, she then tells me that she has no transport to get to the venue and she's looking for someone to get her there. She said that she will get bank to me soon. I was shattered at what she had just told me. Finally I decided that I will fetch her and transport all her equipment but when I tried contacting her, she just refused to answer her phone. After numerous attempts to get in touch with her... I just had to accept that Tracy had let us down and I had to try and make do with whatever decor I could get. Nobody should ever hire her company.
