Unlawfully misappropriation of client's funds

I paid Rudi Venter R 38 000.00 on 31 August '13 in order to start with converting a Hyundai H100 with a Lexis V8 engine. He said it will take three weeks. On 11 September '13 he "needs" the rest of the balance (R12 000.00) to complete the job. We had previously agreed that the day I paid in FULL, he will deliver. Weekly I phoned for status reports. Rudi Venter is a MASTER in EXCUSES, SLIPPERY ANSWERS, etc... He ALWAYS blame OTHERS for his INCAPACITY to LIVE UP TO HIS WORD OF HONOUR!!! Up to today - 06 December '13 - NO "BAKKIE" has been delivered to me!!! I also bought a trailer from him. I'm still awaiting the registration papers. This trailer is PAID IN FULL also. AGAIN the MASTER of DISCEPTION in working!!!
