What happened?

Well, everything. To start off with, you can see they use under-paid labour.

The paving started cracking within a month! I was told by the people who installed the pool fence that the pool people did a bad job.

The pool is not even 100% level.

The owner (Richard) to me when they were late in completing the pool. Eventually I told them not to come back, which worked, they finished that day. In retrospect, I wish I hadn't allowed them back. Don't use them. You will be sorry. Full of promises, but that's where it stops.
