Not Reliable and no Supervision by Owne

We have paid JP in Cash for a Lapa and Pool. This was done - March of this year. After a week that the job was completed we noticed that the pool had a leak. With in 3 days the water level will drop about 30cm.
We contacted JP and he said it was normal. We seeked other opinions from several Pool companies and they all said that the pool is leaking water. It is impossible that the water level drop so much in 3 days. When JP 's workers started the job they would come about 4people the 1st day and then the next day about 2 people and so on. They only started to work at about 2pm and would leave again at 5pm. JP said the whole job would take 3 weeks an it took 7 weeks before they finished. In this time JP only came about 4 times to come and check on the work. The people was working without supervision. And until today we struggle to get them to come and fix the leak and the paving. He promised again on the 1st of October that the repairs will be finished by the 4th of October. They drained the whole pool on the 2nd of October (He told the workers over the phone to do so) And on the end it was the weir that was not sealed and that is where the leak was. the paving is stiil dugged up
