Pre-sale and deal closure was brilliant, once the money was in the bank account, the trouble started. Initially we were told installation of our cupboards would take 3 days. It has now been 3 weeks. From doors not cut correctly after being told how all wood is precision cut by machine, to damaged solid wood kitchen doors, and even all the way to a cupboard design where none of my drawers can now open.

It has now been 3 days since the fitter has not shown up at my house and absolutely no communication from Eigenart about it and repeated excuses of cars breaking down. Everything is left between 60 and 90% done but nothing is getting done or communicated as to the expected time frame. Yet they still require 100% of the money owing to them, be paid before the items are even delivered. So I guess they couldn't really care at this stage.
