I contacted the owner of Big Ben to compliment him on the workmanship and service I had received from the staff member that was onsite. My carpets were very wet more than 2 hours after the staff member left and I questioned this with the owner as I had paid 30% extra for a drying agent to ensure that the carpets would be dry in the shortest period of time (not doubting that they had used the product, but more about the efficacy of it). I was questioning a COD payment as I would be paying for an incomplete service. If my carpets were dry by the time suggested by himself and his staff (2-3 hours - although he now changed his story to 3-5 hours) I would pay the full amount via EFT. The man obviously has issues and thought I was attacking him and went off about quality of workmanship, years in the business, the number of clients he has etc etc - all with such an aggressive tone. It is just sad that someone's poor attitude to doing business in a client orientated world can ruin a potential long term relationship.

I would have to think more than twice on using them or recommending them purely based on the interactions with this man and not anything to do with the work done
