Unauthorised Demand Debit

I have used the service of Self Storage, which I must say was good, but then they deducted R1050 from account without me knowing, without letting me know what it was for or any notification, even though I have paid them already, btw i have always paid them cash, where they got my banking details from still boggles me. I have gotten in contact with them it has been 3 weeks now and still my money was not refunded, they told me they will do it on Monday, Wednesday today and still nothing, now they tell me that they waiting for directors to sign off and my money will be in very soon, up till today i had to contact them to get information, none of the staff there had a decency to even give me one call to let me know what is happening, so know i wait patiently for a directors to sign, seen that it's a public holiday tomorrow, and who wants to come to work on friday, I am sure that I will be lucky to receive anything by Monday.
