Penguin Pools Faerie Glen a disgrace

We went with Penguin Pools Faerie Glen to install a pool in the new house we were building. They have left all the soil the excavated right next to the pool, refuse to clean up the mess they have made, installed the pool in the incorrect level which had to be removed and redone and the paving is not level.
When approached the Penguin Pools Faerie Glen persons responsible Nico Matthee / Sylvia du Raan were rude and completely un-helpful. I would not recommend this branch of Penguin Pool as the minute you have signed up to their terms and conditions you get no cooperation and all they do is send you an invoice. Even when these matters were elevated to the senior management (Directors) at Penguin Pools Faerie Glen their response has been poor.

Again I would not recommend this branch of Penguin Pool.
