Mislead byfalse promises

I was on my way to Game to buy a tv when Riaz told me he will give me a better deal. The tv was R1500 cheaper at Game. He said I must pay the extra 1500 and he would give me a walk in exchange on the spot if the tv broke in 2 years. He told me they have a good relation with there customers and that you are not just a number in there store, as you are in Game. The tv broke after 3 weeks and when I phoned to find out about replacing it like he promised, he couldn't remember anything and told me he never said any of the above. They refused to take my calls when they saw my number on their phone. I had to use another number so they would answer. The owner refused to talk to me saying he was not in the mood for my. I had to askthe consumer protection to intervene. Don't believe a word they say when they sell you something. And don't think the owner will try and help you.
