Liars! Service is a joke

3 of us did our nails for a wedding at his pathetic low class Dream nails in KC, biggest mistake ever. We paid R150 each, only to have our varnish off the same day!! I called the manager and she asked us to send pictures. I sent her pictures and the e-mail address she gave me bounced back. Anyway, I then went into the store and showed her pics on my phone. I then told her we don't ever want to come back there but I will send my mom because she refused to give back my R150. The Monday my mom gets there and she says to her no she can't do her nails it must be the original clients, after she agreed with me that I can send my mom. Obviously I was so frustrated I called her and she could just say that if I don't personally use their services then tough, then she passes the phone to someone else WHILE I'm talking to her. Then I re explain my complaint, anyway I eventually get hold of the owner, won't this women tell me the staff said I swore at them! I'm not that low! Anyway, I managed to get 19 clients to no longer go ere but to Sorbet so the R150 she owes me and be lying staff can stuff it, my homework is to get my friends to never use u again and I'm succeeding!!
