Net Assess
Beware!!!

I was in a car accident in May this year and have had a nightmare with my insurance company trying to get my car sorted out. A huge factor in this continuing nightmare has been NetAssess.

My understanding is that they are supposed to assess your car at the panel beater and ok it for release. Well, my car has been to the panel beater 3 (!!) times and the assessor hasn't been to do his assessment one of those times. This has meant that my car, which hasn't been fixed properly, has been released 3 times and the panel beaters paid 3 times for not doing their job.

I think NetAssess is failing my insurance company and me in not doing their job properly so I would urge anyone in the same situation to beware of this and insist that they do the necessary inspection before your car is released.
