Worst service EVER!!!

Paid R30 000 for furniture. 6 months later the bed base and couch starts falling apart. It is taking us 2 months already to have the warehouse pick up the damaged goods and replace or fix it! Several dates have been made for the furniture to be picked up and they just do not pitch up. Managers are full of apologies and promises and still nothing is being done! I am appalled at the service we are getting after spending so much money! I will tell EVERYONE about this disgusting service until we have been assisted!!!
