Furniture falling apart

I purchased R50 000 worth of Furniture from Furniture City in Centurion and the sideboard that I bought has completely collapsed. I contacted AMANDA who told me that I will be contacted by Customer Service in 48 hours. After I called again - she emailed the relevant people again. After a week I had heard nothing from them and she nor any of the relevant people at the store has ever attempted to contact me. I should have been called by - Nompumelelo & Thapelo. This proves that you are only given service when its about taking your money!!!
