Company that does not delive

We ordered furniture from Bavati at the Sarcda show in August and had to pay a deposit we still haven't received anything from them up to date. We keep phoning and phoning but no response. Every time there just seem to be some explanation of next week next week now it is NEXT YEAR and still no furniture. How can SARCDA even let a up to company like Bavati take part in a big show like SARCDA. If they are unable to supply then they should let each and every client know and refund their deposits.
