UNSOLICITED ITC LISTING!!!

I do not understand why on this earth i settled my account and paid it up if you going to add a bad debt written off (DEFAULT) on my itc record, showing that i have a balance of R1874, of which i do not owe you jack. avon appeared on my record (with no payment update), after i paid up (that was June) the record was taken off - only to be put back on my record as a DEFAULT (in November)!!! that is one thing i fail to understand. if you wanted to add a default record, why on earth did you not add it before i paid - and what the do you say i owe that much money for??? CAN YOU KINDLY PLEASE ASSIST WITH THIS AS IT IS ONE OF A FRUSTRATING STORY. WHY SHOULD ONE PAY IF YOU GOING TO ADD SUCH THING???
