NON PAYMENT and NO REACTION TO CORRESPONDENCE

I was contracted by Bonang Training to deliver Advanced Customer Care Training on their behalf to the Road Accident Fund in Cape Town at an agreed rate per day. The training was scheduled for 27 to 30 May 2013, running two courses of 2 days each back to back. Upon arrival at the venue on day one, I was informed that the one course would have to be postponed to the next week.
I contacted Thelma Mathamelo of Bonang and it was agreed.
I completed both courses, filed the report and sent the delegate Feedback by courier to Bonang. The office manager, Gloria Mathamelo confirmed receipt of both the documents, report and also confirmed that she handed my invoice to Thelma for payment.
Subsequently I have sent several emails to enquire when I can expect payment. Thelma refuses to reply or respond to anything. When I call her, she puts the phone down in my ear.
I have sent emails, sms messages several times. She just ignores me completely!
PLEASE all Trainers, BEWARE of this Company and especially this woman. The conduct is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Their Company philosophy says "We believe in the application of sound and ethical business principles, ..." HA HA... WHAT A JOKE!!
