DONT EVER USE THEM TO PRINT FLYERS!!!

Referred to use this company as they are cost affordable and do a good job - BS! We ordered 1000 flyers for an event and we urgently needed them - we were told that we could get them the next day IF WE PAID R 800 extra to have them done (this was Thursday 21st Nov, delivery to be Friday the 22nd. After calling to confirm collection, we were told by "Ann" that they were ready but "still WET" so she would meet us with us on Saturday the 23rd Nov at 9am. After trying to call her literally 100 times and sending sms's, no delivery was done. Monday the 25th, we finally got hold of her - she claims there are not ready yet!!!???
This is unacceptable! we needed these to be distributed over this past weekend AND WE PAID EXTRA FOR THE service request!!
I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and I HOPE YOU DON'T EITHER! - PURE DISAPPOINTMENT!
