False promise

Ive been an customer of waterval depot for more than 2 years. I started an farmery and asked them for credit which they gave me. ive spent about r8000 per month at them. after about 6 months they closed the account and said i must fill out an application. they told me its just a formality and that the account will definitely be approved. I waited more than a month just fore them to tell me that i have been itc checked and that there are 9 major cases against me. i drawed an credit report and there are only 3 and they havent even checked me.
