BAD PROFILE DUE TO PAYMENTS NOT LOADED!!!

On Saturday i've tried to open an account and was told that i have a bad credit record. i have just checked my credit report and found that the payments i've been making to my mr. price account has never been updated on my credit report!!! i defaulted for 4 months last year on my mr. price and ackermans accounts and started making regular payments since October. for ackermans the update on my credit report only started in January of this year (but i started paying in OCTOBER). as for mr. price, there is no updates of any payments whatsoever!!! this is completely unacceptable!!! i need this rectified immediately.
