We DON'T deliver whatever it takes

I am currently waiting for four international parcels, and unless you can prove otherwise I assume that your incompetent, lazy and dishonest staff have helped themselves to my stuff. If you have the time, please be so kind as so try and find my parcels, unfortunately I do not have tracking numbers, but a lady at my local branch told me they can be traced on my address at customs.

1. Mailed 25 September from Los Angeles - not delivered assumed
2. Mailed 9 October from the UK - not delivered assumed
3. Mailed 14 October from the UK - not delivered assumed
4. Mailed 30 October from Los Angeles - not delivered assumed

You really are a disappointment and I honestly wish there was another entity to deal with -you are pathetic!
