Complaint

I was supposed to get a first class mail from USA but it hasn't been delivered as yet.the post services in the USA are reflecting that it should have arrived already as it was dispatched from the sorting facility on the 5th of October of which it has taken longer than expected to be delivered.i called customs here and they told me that the parcel is not yet in South Africa of which this is disappointing as it has delayed because I have never had any problems with my parcels delaying at all.
