Failure to deviled promised service

We purchased a voucher for two people for a full body massage and delux pedicure. My wife called and made the booking for two people togther. This was confirmed by the person making the booking, she even commented on how cute that was, on the morning when we arrived, we were told that we could not go together and that there had to be another voucher. I used my tablet to go on line to where I got the vouchers and showed her the voucher, to which she snotterly replied it has to be printed. This after the vouchers were mailed when we made the appointment.
My wife called the owner Keith, who told her over the phone that it was not necessary for the second voucher to be printed and that they could in fact do both my wife and myself at the same time.

When Keith called the shop to speak to the lady at reception, you could see in her attitude that we were not going to get a proper service.

This has got to be the worst service I have ever revived by any service provider.
