Lying and lack of service

I have a wooden jungle gym at a pre-school that was damaged and needs repair as it is a hazard to the children attending the school. I contact Windsor Forest to give a quote for the repairs. They failed to turn up for the 1st site meeting appointment and thereafter numerous attemtps were made to get them to view the structure. Today we had yet another attempt and once again Windsor Forest did not bother to turn up. I phoned them to find out why they did not bother to keep the appointment, only to be informed that they do not have the capacity to tend to my jungle-gym. I was to and strung along for 1 and a half months during which the school children have suffered due to not being able to play on the swings / slide and jungle gym. In short I was told that they do not need my business.
