Jungle Oats contained spider webs

Good day, I have purchased two 1kg boxes of Jungle Oats and there were Spidery webs inside the contents. I have had this before with Jungle's products so I understand that this can happen. Lady who phoned before was very helpful. Please could Jungle assist me with this?
