On two occasions during this year I have contacted West Hyper Tombstones regarding two monumentals that were starting to sink. The one was erected in 2002 and the other 2007. Their response and action was immediate. The stones were realigned and levelled at absolutely no cost to me, as they are apparently under guarantee for 30 years. I find it unbelievable that in this day and age of poor service there is still a company out there who delivers on what they promise... thank you guys
