Love Tombstones
TOMBSTONES NOT DELIVERED

On Monday the 15th of July 2013 we (Magobiyane Family) paid cash (Invoice # 4398) for two tombstones at Love Tombstones for the unveiling that was meant to be on the 20th July 2013. We were promised that the stones will be installed on Thursday 18 July 2013.
The tombstones were not deliverd on thursday, the suppliers said they had a problem with the truck. On Friday we waited the whole day until the day of the unveiling when friends and family were gathered at my home for the unveiling. they said they will try to deliver before 11h00am. They never got back to us instead the suppliers switched off their fones and when we went to their offices in Butterwoth it was closed. No one called to explain, when we called the numbers on the invoices they said they do not know what is happening in the Eastern Cape they are in Cape Town. The unveiling ceremony expenses were waisted and no one from Love Tombstones even bothered to apologise to my family. They were shifting the blame everytime we were calling. When we went to their offives on Monday 22 July 2013 they said they called the man in charge and he said they will refund us and they are saying nothing about all the inconvenience caused.
