Disregard of owners rights and no accountability

I was contacted by Encotech on April 2012 regarding a sewage pipeline that was supposed to be installed through my whole property towards a pump station. According to the Tshwane municipality is Encotech solely responsible for the measurement of the servitude and the calculation of the compensation that have to be paid to the owner.

Now, over a year later has the servitude not being registered nor any offer made as compensation, this after my beautiful property was destroyed by them and their sub contractors. They failed to deliver on promises and keep on shifting the blame.

As a so-called professional engineering firm, they lack commitment, honesty, accountability and professionalism. Calls and emails are ignored and they have adopted the "head in the sand" approach.

Even though they are a private firm, they act in the same manner is a dysfunctional state department, which runs on empty promises with no real action. This is not only unacceptable behaviour, but also a disgrace to the professional trade. Shame on you.
