One year to handle retention list of property

We bought a unit in January 2012 and the registration was done in April 2012. We handed in the retention list within the required period but with exception of two items the work was only completed December 2012. It took many emails, calls and meeting to get feedback and action on many of the items. Being a retirement development the promises made in beginning and the problems occuring due to the "kleigrond" & foundations have proven to be not in line. When property was rented out by the same company they neglected to give the information that property only to be rented out for a year which caused miscommunication. A company who is not trustworthy and have lack op proper customer service and feedback.
