Bad experience

Thought I'd have a wonderful experience ordering a custom cake - only to have a custom made disappointment.
Was promised a preliminary design to be emailed to me - never got that. Was promised each tier a different flavour - it was all vanilla.
When I asked the consultant about the preliminary design I got a very cold and matter of fact reply that what I had originally discussed is what I was getting. I had sleepless nights about this cake, and now I have the photo's to show what a disaster is was.

I gave a huge budget and they took me for a huge ride. I've never been more disappointed and embarrassed by something as I was by their cake.
