Disgusting Experience

So unhappy that this company messed up my cake design. They try to make me pay for what appeared to be a second hand cake. It looked to me like they removed trimmings from an old cake or someone elses unwanted cake and just redecorated it with new trimmings to make it look new. I have never ever had such poor services at any other branch. I had a cake done there before and had no communication issues. In wrtting they confirmed what the design would look like but physically it looked very messy and the job was definately half done. King Cake Table View really disappointed me with their client services. The owner couldn't care less from the very first day I sent my emails and she made no secret of it. She instructed her staff to relay this message to me in front of all the other clients. If there was proper communication from the start and they didn't do a rush and half hearted job, then all of this could have been avoided.

The staff really behaved disgustingly and handled this situation very unproffesional and shame I don't blame them for not knowing any better. The fish stinks from the head down.

I will never recommend anyone to support your company ever!
