Misleading of clients and telling

I called Suburban Services, Silverakes this morning to see if I can speak to the Manager. The call was answered by Deon (Supervisor of some sort), who first by saying he is the manager and all he could say is I don't know with a very bad tone of voice. Was looking forward to hire their services and changed my mind. He also supplied with a fake manager's cellphone number as it does not exist after I tried to call it. If this is how they conduct their business, then in no time they will be losing a lot of business. My suggestion is for them to hire qualified people who are really interested and ready to be at work with the correct positive attitude. I am disgusted with the experience I had this morning.
