Numerous misleading non deliveries

On numerous occasion's some of the items i have orders at KFC Ninapark have not been packed and supplied to me. I returned as soon as i realised the items was not included with the food i ordered. At that time there were other clients complaining about the exact same thing. Because this isn't the first time this happened i asked the manager for the owners telephone number to make my complaint. The manager said he can only give me the district's manager's number for KFC. When i phoned that number this morning, Carl answered that he doesn't even work for KFC!!! I'm so disappointed in this specific francise's service as well as the so called manager on duty's misleading way towards this matter.
