Strips break or no strips

I buy three pack of jumbo huggies dry comfort a month. I have a pack where there is either no strips or it does not stick. Then I have to use masking tape as cellotape don't work.

This is not the first time this happens. Nappies are very expensive to waste like this. Its very disappointing the poor quality of the strips as the this is the only nappies that works for my son.
