Aw chicken strips

Chicken strips, veg, spicy rice, with extra strips. half way through my strips i noticed some were raw in the middle. manager told me to cut and check the rest of my strips. then offered to put the raw cut up bits back on the flat top. this after I waited 30 mins in an empty restaurant.
