Car damaged by hail whilst in their care

I left my car in the care of Virgo for 4 days. When it was delivered back to me at the expiry of the 4 days, it had been severely damaged by hail. all the company said to me was " what can I say? "it must be stressed that the Company assured me that my vehicle would be stored under cover during the period in their care. This clearly was a as had this been the case, my vehicle would not have been hit by hail.
