Smashed Windscreen

Took my Polo to see if they could fix my aircon. They wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of R5000 because they couldn't find piping to fix it... Only to find that they had smashed my windscreen both corners. They had removed the front of the engine to see the piping of the aircon, pushed the bonnet too far and too hard and held it open with a rod. After back and forth they eventually admitted to their negligence and agreed to pay my excess. Which they should pay for a full new windsreen out of their pocket. Now I must go without my no claim bonus.

Friend of ours had her electric windows "Fixed", they taped the wires so badly that it caught alight while she was driving. Eventually she had to take her car to Hyundai to get it actually properly fixed.

AVOID this shoddy, negligent "business"
