We own a logistics company. The above branch issued us with a quotation on 18 Oct 2013 for truck tyres. The money was paid in immediately. When we sent someone to collect the tyres - we were told it is not in stock. Why issue a quotation in the first place? And why not inform the customer that the goods are not in stock?

We spoke to Blessed who assured us that we would get the refund. It is now the 12th of Nov and NO REFUND yet.

She is rude and undermining. It is completely UNACCEPTABLE to talk to a customer like she does. Why do we have to tolerate this when the mistake is clearly on THEIR part?

She called last week, requesting a BANK STATEMENT from my company to show that the funds were actually paid in. REALLY? How dare a company request a document as confidential as a bank statement from another company? And she had the proof of payment all along - since the time we were SUPPOSED to collect the tyres.

If she had just swallowed her misplaced pride and admit she lost the banking details for the refund that were provided to her from Day 1.

Today she tells me that HEAD OFFICE now has documents for processing the refund - so what the was she doing for the last three weeks?
