A call back three weeks after an annual service revealed that one of the two units in my house was low in aircon gas. when I booked the call out I made it clear that it is a re-call on a service done 3 weeks ago, and that I will not be willing to pay7 call-out and travel, but willing to pay any repairs.
The full annual service was billed at a total of 90 minutes, which I do not have a problem with. The recall to refill gas w2as also booked at 90 minutes, and I was charged for it. I was also charged a travel rate for teh re-call, at a different rate to the travel rate charged for the service!
I disputed the second invoice, and was advised by the service person that my dispute is agreed to in full, and that a revised invoice will be generated.
A week later Roy calls, to say that it is all wrong and I must cough up the entire bill.
Bad attitude, telling me that they do not need clients like me.
I have a potty mouth, so you Climatron. Will never use you again, will never refer anyone to your poor shady practices. Roy says you are not ripping people off. I disagree.BY JUST USING THOSE TERMS, YOU ARE.
