Two and a half weeks ago, our fridge stopped working. After being in contact with Samsung, they sent out their suppliers, Orca Electrical, to have a look at the issue and repair our fridge. Jenny is the lady we have had to deal with! First, Markus came out, told us it was the gasket that was faulty and he would arrange for Llewelyn to do the repair (last Saturday), Llewelyn said it's not the gasket but rather the thermostat, which he fixed. The fridge was still not working after that, so Theo came out on Monday and told us it actually is the Gasket that's faulty, they had previously ordered the part but they ordered a black one and we need white, it would take 3-4 days to arrive. Today is day 4, I followed up with Jenny, her response was "you guys argued with us that you needed a black Gasket and not a white one and that's what this whole issue has been about". Her statement is not true, not once did we even mention a colour Gasket, we were told by Llewelyn and Theo that we need a white one. I'm shocked at the way she spoke to me, her customer service and her attitude is disgusting and gives your company a bad reputation. I can't believe Samsung has Orca as a preferred supplier!
