We have been trying to cancel two TV licences as we've moved to Zambia 3 years ago and brought the TV's with. I've spent hours on the phone, sending e-mails, trying to sort it out, but it is the same story over and over. I've submitted all the required documents and affidavits they need, couple of times. Either they have no record of me, or they've received my documents, but it has not been submitted or reviewed, and I need to wait 3 weeks before I call back. They keep sending me statements and final demand letters with ridiculous amounts which I am not liable for - we pay our TV licence here, monthly! Their services is of a really low quality and I don't know what to do anymore.
No wonder this is a typical company who doesn't respond to complaints.
