Hand over account after cancelling 3 times

I Have cancelled club fees on my sons account as he have moved to NEW York and dont need it anymore. As a matter of fact cancelled the whole account and every two - three months they charged and after cancelling they reverse but for the third time really they did not cancel but handed him over to their attorneys for R103.00! After enquiry about this they apparently phone him (and his cell phone number does not work anymore as he now has a overseas no) he gave them permission to charge this?? what a joke. I want to lay a complaint with the consumer commission as this is unacceptable. I myself have an account with foshini which I also cancelled but they still have not cancelled it yet, instead send me smses for sales etc..!! really. I anybody read this and know what I can do please let me know enough is enough. I phoned the attorneys (Pienaar Sithole & Associates) yesterday 3 times left message for Natasha Mnisi to phone me back and are stil waiting.
